1. Personal data protection

THE MODERN KIDS & FAMILY, SL (hereinafter TMKF), in compliance of Organic Law 15/1999 of 13 December on Personal Data Protection, herein notifies users of the website that the data provided via our website and via the emails received, which have the consideration of personal data, shall be added to our files, with the aim of being able to manage the requested service, respond to your request and/or process your request. These files are registered with the Spanish Data Protection Agency pursuant to current legislation in force and implementing regulations.

Users guarantee and are responsible in all cases for the truthfulness, exactitude, validity, authenticity, ownership and non-excessiveness of the personal data provided, and pledge to keep them duly updated.

  1. Data provided by third parties

If the request includes personal data on other persons, the user must, prior to including them, notify these people of that which is set out in previous paragraphs. TMKF is waived of any responsibility for noncompliance with this requirement.

Providing data on minors under fourteen years of age via this website is not authorised. TMKF is waived of any responsibility for noncompliance with this requirement.

Communications made by email or by any other electronic means will be necessary to manage your request.

Nonetheless, they will be those that have been expressly agreed upon or authorised by recipients in accordance with Law 34/2002 of 11 July on Information Society and Electronic Commerce Services, except as set out by article 21.2 of this same law, in the text of Final Provision One of the new General Telecommunications Act.

The party in charge of the file has adopted the security levels for personal data protection as legally required, and has installed all technical resources and measures available according to the state of technology to prevent the loss, misuse, alteration, unauthorised access and theft of the personal data provided.

The user has the confidentiality and duty of secrecy of all those that handle data on his or her behalf. Without prejudice to the above, the user is aware of the possibility that the security of communications via the web is not invulnerable.
